STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The former Lander Market in Staten Island’s Holiday Plaza is being gutted following its closure in June, with workers stripping the interior down to its studs in preparation for a new tenant.

Located at 1430 Richmond Ave., the space that once housed produce bins and a bustling deli counter now sits empty as renovations continue. The future occupant of the prime retail location has not yet been announced.

Property listing site Loopnet.com, notes that the location offers significant advantages for potential businesses, situated at the busy intersection of Richmond Avenue and Lander Avenue.
