Denali National Park has banned open wood fires immediately due to fire weather and red flag warnings. Nearly 200 wildfires are currently burning across Alaska.
A tool bag was left outside the fire station in Houston, and inside were four little kittens. The Houston Animal Shelter says the bag “meowed” at the firefighter who found it on Tuesday. Staff say the kittens were soaking wet and struggling to breathe, and two sadly didn’t make it. Know anything about this? The shelter in Houston wants to hear from you.
