The California Highway Patrol has issued an Amber Alert for a 7-year-old boy that was abducted in Kern County.
Angel Wagner was last seen late Thursday evening, around 11:50 p.m., on the 1300 block of Sims Street in Ridgecrest.
He’s believed to be with 42-year-old Michael Abbott, according to CHP.
The 7-year-old Wagner is described a boy with red hair and brown eyes. He’s about 4 feet 2 inches and weighs around 70 pounds, officials said…
