NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. – Visitors to Niagara Falls this summer will notice a new four-foot buffer lining the observation deck. This temporary measure was implemented after two people died by suicide within a week.
While some visitors find the change understandable, not everyone agrees with the necessity of the barriers.
