HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A road construction project is making progress, but not without a big inconvenience for many Huntsville drivers.
The Northern Bypass project on Memorial Parkway at Bob Wade Lane is in its first phase, which included putting in a new traffic light on Wednesday and forcing drivers to merge into one lane on each side.
