Pattillo Industrial Real Estate has officially launched construction on the first phase of Wildlight Commerce Park, a significant new industrial development located in Nassau County’s rapidly growing Wildlight community.
Groundbreaking took place June 25 at 100 Wildworks Ave., just 1.5 miles east of I-95 off Florida 200. The initial phase includes two speculative industrial buildings — one 149,000 square feet and the other 68,000 square feet — designed to be divisible and adaptable for a variety of tenants.
