KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The family of 12-year-old Conner Catlett is urging boaters to stay sober on the water this holiday weekend, hoping their story will prevent another tragedy.
Conner grew up spending time on Norris Lake, where his parents said he was always smiling, full of energy and eager to help others.
