WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – At a Wilmington nursing home, it’s easy to see it’s the Fourth of July, with decorations as far as the eye can see.
But, it’s not just America’s birthday for one family. It’s 100-year-old Rex Hamilton’s birthday, too. He was born July 4, 1925.
