BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Smoke Bayou is turning up the heat this 4th of July with the traditional barbeque, but also bringing new food items to the holiday menu.
The popular restaurant is offering a barbeque meat pizza, an ultimate nacho platter, wings, homemade boudin balls, and more. Calvin Collier, the owner of Smoke Bayou, said he’s serving up something everyone in the family can enjoy.
As the business continues to grow, Collier said he’s focused on giving back to his community. He’s hosting a back-to-school drive on Aug. 3.
