BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Nearly 4,000 customers are without electricity in East Baton Rouge Parish on Thursday afternoon.
According to Entergy Louisiana’s power outage map, 3,870 people are in the dark as of 5:45 p.m.
