Flamant Plano brings casual Mediterranean dining with wood-grilled flavors and shareable brunch

This new Plano restaurant, from Tanner Agar and Taylor Rause (the team behind Dallas’ Rye), brings a Mediterranean-rooted menu grounded in balance: wood-grilled fish and meats, vibrant produce and layered subtle flavors. Prices stay below those at fine-dining Rye, and the mood is relaxed, creating a place for casual dinners and convivial nights out.

Weekend brunch adds a distinctive note. For $40 per person, Flamant serves endless plates designed for sharing, an approach that encourages tasting widely and lingering at the table.

The cocktail list reflects Rye’s award-winning pedigree. A pepperoncini margarita or a gin martini with speared anchovy are standouts, while the menu draws from Spain, Italy and France.
