Dennis Farrell also involved in June 1 after standoff with police
COLONIE — A 46-year-old Colonie man was back in jail on Thursday, June 19 and faces an additional felony charge for a domestic incident after he was involved in one on two weeks earlier at his residence. Dennis Farrell violated a full-stay away order of protection again and was charged with aggravated family offense, a felony.
According to reports, police located Farrell on Central Avenue at 7:20 p.m. and took him into custody for an incident on Van Heusen Street earlier in the day. At the time, he was listed as impaired by alcohol.
He was arraigned on the new charge and sent to the Albany County jail by Colonie Town Judge Andrew Sommers. He bonded out a few days later…
