FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Five years after going down to the wire in contract negotiations, Parkview Health and insurer Anthem announced Thursday they would extend their current coverage agreement through August 16 to buy more time to reach a long-term deal.
The current agreement was set to expire at the end of July, which would have complicated things for Parkview patients with Anthem insurance plans.
