WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — UPDATE
Winston-Salem police arrested a 16-year-old in connection to the shooting in the parking lot of Truist Park on the 4th of July. The department’s Patrol Division arrested the suspect overnight. In the investigation, officers seized a handgun, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
The suspect faces the following charges:
- Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury
- Possession of Marijuana Less Than ½ Ounce
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
