Car shot 22 times at Ky intersection two children among those hurt

On Monday evening, at the busy intersection of U.S. 27 and East Brannon Road in Nicholasville, Kentucky, a vehicle came under a barrage of 22 gunshots in what police describe as a targeted drive-by attack between 9:30 and 10:00 p.m. “According to the Nicholasville Police Department, the shooting happened Tuesday night between 9:30 p.m. and 10 p.m.”

Officers confirmed that four individuals were hit and rushed to UK Hospital: a 37-year-old man, a 39-year-old woman, and two young girls, ages six and four. One child sustained a leg wound, while the other suffered a grazing injury.
