SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Welcome to the weekend! We have seen our fair share of rainfall through the past couple of days, but today may see drier conditions around the area! The chance for rain is still there for this afternoon; however, we could see a lower coverage area as compared to previous days. This may allow temperatures to reach the mid and upper 90s by the afternoon due to the abundance of sunshine expected.
By Sunday, the same pattern continues with a slight chance for rain by the afternoon due to isolated showers and storms. Highs should remain in the 90s, with some reaching into the upper 90s, nonetheless. This trend seems to never stop, as we may go through the entire week with a similar forecast. Highs and lows will stay in the same range, and not much rainfall will be on the way for us…
