OWASSO, OKLA. — One man was arrested for hiding inside a store when it closed and taking thousands of dollars worth of power tools, Owasso Police report.
Police responded around 1:30 a.m. on Friday, July 4, to an intrusion alarm at the Atwoods on 11510 N Garnett Road. Officers found a back door that was open and made sure no suspects were still inside.
Police noted several power tool boxes were lying around the aisles of the store, leading to the back door, indicating a theft or burglary had occurred. The employees were called to the store to give police access to the security footage…
