BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Kern County Fire Department helped put out a fire during the ‘Freedom Fest Fireworks Show’ in McFarland Thursday night.
According to the City of McFarland, a small grass fire ignited on city-owned property where the fireworks were being started from toward the end of the show.
