As Charlotte eyes the future of its transportation with the gaze of a region set on growth and development, public engagement has become a cornerstone in shaping the path forward. The Charlotte Regional Transportation Planning Organization (CRTPO) has opened the floor to residents, seeking their input on the shaping of the 2055 Metropolitan Transportation Plan. The plan has been laid out to address critical areas such as managing congestion, improving safety, and offering a palette of mobility choices that align with land use plans.
Constituents have until July 19 to make their voices heard. This is a chance to not only observe, but to actively mold the transportation landscape.
