RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio — Two weeks after being selected to Leadership Cleveland’s Class of 2026, Mayor Kim Thomas learned that she will have the opportunity to become a leader on the state level.
Thomas has been chosen to participate in the 2025 Ohio Public Leadership Academy for Elected Officials (OPLA) that will convene July 14 at The Ohio State University.
In the letter of acceptance she received last week from OPLA, it was stated that Thomas was identified as a “rising leader.”…
