Red Cross aids 18 after house fires in Kershaw and Richland over July 4 weekend

KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. — The American Red Cross is helping roughly 18 people impacted by separate house fires that happened in Kershaw and Richland counties since July 4.

In a statement, the organization said it was assisting after separate house fires on Webber Street and Palmetto Avenue, which occurred on Friday. Each fire impacted four people.
