West Palm Beach, FLA. (WPEC) — A weak low-pressure system, designated as AL92, has developed about 100 miles east of Jacksonville, Florida, bringing disorganized showers and storms.
Conditions are only marginally favorable, a tropical or subtropical depression could form if the system stays offshore.
