Businesses, leaders react to NuLu ‘pop-up parties’ heading into Fourth of July weekend

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Louisville’s NuLu neighborhood is no stranger to nightlife crowds, but in recent weeks, city leaders say those crowds have gotten out of hand.

“We want to encourage people to enjoy themselves in neighborhoods like NuLu, a wonderful thriving neighborhood that is built for hospitality, but at the same time, there are rules that must be followed,” said Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg.
