A powerful round of severe weather tore through Southern New England last night, leaving a swath of damage through the heart of Rhode Island and Bristol County Massachusetts. As of 10AM this morning, power outages remain over 57,000 across our viewing area. Be sure to watch for leftover debris and non-functioning stop lights if heading out and about on area roadways.
