VENICE — Buy as many books as you want for $1 each at a special Friends of the Venice Library book sale being held in July.
The Christmas in July sale will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 12 at the William H. Jervey Jr. Venice Public Library, 300 Nokomis Avenue South.
“The Friends welcome all booklovers and bargain hunters to take home their favorite gently used books and media, from hardcovers and paperbacks to coffee table books and teen books,” a news release about the event states. “Shoppers will also find a wide selection of audio books as well as contemporary to classical CDs.”…
