OAK RIDGE, Tenn. — For years, the K-25 Heritage Center has reminded people of the huge impact the K-25 Gaseous Diffusion plant had on the nuclear world, and now a new building is helping to immortalize that legacy.
The American Museum of Science and Energy and the Department of Energy have been working on a new expansion to the Heritage Museum on the K-25 footprint.
