The Golf Division will pay $14,816 per month to rent office space over City Fire at Lake Sumter Landing.
The 4,671 square feet of upstairs office space at 1024 Canal St. was originally shared by the District Government and the Developer’s golf staff. They relocated there in 2021. However, the Golf Division has integrated the golf staffers under the District payroll and the office space is being used solely by the District.
The new lease agreement will be effective July 9. It includes $4,625 for common area charges, insurance charges, management fee, trash removal and elevator maintenance. The five-year lease will also include annual Consumer Price Index adjustments.
