Lovett Moore, 33, was last seen in the 3200 block of Arena Boulevard wearing a green shirt and black shorts with a white stripe, according to the Sacramento Police Department. Moore is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall, 167 pounds, with black hair. Moore, also known as LJ, is considered at-risk because he is legally blind.

According to his family, surveillance footage shows Moore with three individuals who walked him out of a store and toward a vehicle on June 28. He has not been seen since.
On Saturday, the non-profit organization, Empact, and Moore’s family hosted a press conference to advocate for urgent search efforts.
