NORTHBOROUGH – A man was arrested on animal cruelty charges after seven puppies were seized from his home last week.
Andrew Sikora, 50, was arrested on June 26 and charged with cruelty to animals, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault, and disorderly conduct, according to the Worcester County District Attorney’s office.
Along with Animal Control Officer Jennifer Condon, police responded to the house at 70 Crestwood Drive for reports of a dog complaint. According to Condon, there were several puppies inside the home that appeared to be malnourished and neglected…
