Teen driving BMW without front plate stopped in Holden, cited for license suspension and plate violation

RUTLAND — On Friday, May 23, 2025, Rutland Police Chief Nicholas Monaco was monitoring traffic at the intersection of Main Street (MA Route 122A) and Watson Lane when he observed a gray BMW 335 sedan traveling eastbound without a front license plate. The vehicle was being driven by a white teenage male with dark hair.
