BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – The flooding devastation in Texas is hitting close to home for Alabamians for various reasons.
“My heart breaks for everyone who’s been affected by this, both directly and indirectly,” said David Rauch with the Red Cross of Alabama. “It’s completely devastating. This came out of nowhere and it’s just been total annihilation.”
