A sideshow involving 200 cars blazed through Contra Costa and Solano counties early Sunday, with spectators lighting illegal fireworks that sparked a brush fire, authorities said.
The illegal street rally began around 12:30 a.m. at Franklin Canyon Road and Highway 4 in Rodeo, with drivers doing stunts and spectators lighting fireworks that set off the fire, KTVU reported.
