Three teens charged after driving through Provincetown yelling homophobic slurs, blasting air horns

PROVINCETOWN — Three teenagers have been charged with disorderly conduct in connection with an incident that occurred in Provincetown on July 1, 2025, where they allegedly drove through town blasting air horns and shouting homophobic slurs at multiple individuals.

According to a statement from the Provincetown Police Department, Ryan Mahimtura, 19, of Framingham, Henry Ward, 19, of Hudson, and a minor from Hudson each face two counts of disorderly conduct. Police said the group acted in a threatening manner as they traveled through town in a vehicle. The department noted that additional charges may be filed.

In a separate matter, police are continuing to investigate an alleged assault that occurred on June 30.
