Kim Barker, Northwest ISD’s assistant superintendent for human resources, said the goal was simple: Take care of every staff member.
“I’m excited to be bringing you a compensation plan for the upcoming school year that we feel does a great job taking care of all of our employees,” Barker told trustees during a June 23 board meeting.
