AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Augusta Technical College said Monday it’s partnering with Columbia County Fire Rescue to provide firefighters with the opportunity to earn an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Fire and Emergency Services Occupation.
This follows the announcement of a similar partnership with the Augusta Fire Department.
Between three boat explosions, a fire, capsized vessels, multiple drownings and a lightning strike, it was a dangerous weekend on the water.
