Founded by a mother-daughter duo, Jersey Bagels is built on more than just flour and water. Maribel, the heart behind the bakery, spent 16 years perfecting the craft in a popular New Jersey bagel shop before moving to Clarksville and deciding it was time to roll her own dough. Now, alongside her daughter Yanely, she’s sharing that legacy with a new community.
Since opening, Jersey Bagels has quickly earned a reputation for flavor-packed breakfast sandwiches, homemade cream cheese spreads like jalapeño and Oreo, and a rotating menu of pastries and stacked lunch melts. But now, they’re celebrating a little differently.
