Man, 21, killed in Lancaster County crash identified

RAPHO TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) — A 21-year-old man who was killed in an early morning crash Saturday in Lancaster County has been identified.

According to the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office, the victim was identified as 21-year-old Andrew Arbogast, of Marietta.
