Tennessee Eviction Horror: Woman Accused Of Using Bug Bombs On Family

A Tennessee woman is facing serious charges after allegedly attempting to force a family, including a 4-year-old child, out of her apartment by releasing multiple bug foggers while they were still inside.

Ervyana Davis, 23, was arrested Thursday and is charged with two counts of felony child abuse and two misdemeanor counts. She is currently held on a $37,000 bond at the Davidson County Jail.

According to an arrest warrant, Davis was trying to evict a family, but they refused to leave. After police referred her to the civil eviction process, Davis allegedly took matters into her own hands…
