NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A license plate reader alert led to an arrest and the recovery to a stolen vehicle, according to the Mt. Juliet Police Department.
MJPD was alerted to a vehicle stolen June 3 out of Nashville on Sunday afternoon. The stolen Honda Accord had entered the city from I-40 and continued down Belinda Parkway toward Belinda City.
Officers responded immediately and were quickly able to intercept the Honda at a business on Belinda Parkway. Officers blocked the vehicle in as the driver tried to flee.
