Livermore drive-by shooting leaves one hospitalized

(KRON) — The Livermore Police Department responded to a drive-by shooting, a stabbing and a fight involving dozens of people in separate incidents over the Fourth of July holiday weekend, according to authorities.

Livermore police responded just before 2 a.m. on Saturday to the 300 block of Chestnut Street on the report of a drive-by shooting. Arriving officers located a man in his 20s who was shot and began to provide medical aid. Paramedics rushed the victim to the hospital, and it is expected that he will survive.

Police said no information on the drive-by shooting suspect is being released at this time…
