TOLEDO, Ohio — A 32-year-old woman was taken to the hospital in critical condition after allegedly overdosing at the Safety Building in downtown Toledo on Sunday.
According to a Toledo Police press release, Kiara Robinson had ingested an “unknown white substance” after being interviewed by a detective.
