SOUTH BELOIT, Wis. (WTVO) — Police say a driver who was speeding through South Beloit, passing and overtaking other vehicles on the road, later crashed and was discovered to be in possession of two 3D-printed guns.
According to the South Beloit Police Department, around 12:33 a.m. on Saturday, July 5th, officers attempted to stop Michael Joseph, 21, on Shirland Avenue, as he sped through at speed above 60 mph.
