SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Melville Road Bridge across I-44 will be closed for up to 140 days starting Monday, July 7, to demolish and replace the 65-year-old bridge.
On Friday, July 11, the project will shut down all lanes on I-44 from West Bypass to Kansas Expressway, detouring traffic through alternate routes.
