WASHINGTON (7News) — D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser said Monday she hopes to sign her emergency youth curfew legislation as soon as possible, days after illegal fireworks set off in Navy Yard resulted in the arrests of more than a dozen juveniles.
The D.C. Council recently passed Bowser’s emergency legislation on youth curfew, which implements an earlier start time and allows for enforcement zones to be created in areas deemed necessary.
