SB Builders has broken ground on Alamo Square Retail Building, a 7,000-square-foot commercial development at 2027 S. Virginia St., in Reno.
The project is expected to wrap in the first quarter of 2026. Designed by Frame Architecture, the building will feature four individual retail spaces. Jersey Mike’s Subs will occupy one of the spaces, with the interior build out projected to be completed in 2026.
