MCDOWELL COUNTY, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – Officials report a truck driver’s death in McDowell County has been added to Hurricane Helene’s death toll.
The Town of Old Fort said Ralph Hibbert was killed in a crash cause by brake failure on June 17.
