CLEVELAND, Ohio –Jeff Morsfield, proprietor of the new Jeff’s Candy Shop in Cleveland’s Collinwood neighborhood, planned to go to the University of Cincinnati to study economics. But it didn’t take long for the extroverted Morsfield to discover that his real calling was something sweeter.
“I realized that you didn’t get to talk to people,” the enthusiastic 20-something laughed. So, he shifted his major to entrepreneurship. After all, he was always coming up with new business ideas and he enjoyed talking to people.
