ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office reports arresting a contractor in connection to scamming, shoplifting and drug charges.
Officials report two homeowners made deposits of thousands of dollars to Masters of Roofing LLC., for roof repairs. James Wesley Herndon, the contractor, never began the work, and his license expired in 2007, according to the Contractors Licensing Board for South Carolina.
