Misty Noel guilty plea could be set aside after she said she didn’t ‘knowingly’ commit crimes

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A judge could set aside last week’s guilty plea by the wife of former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel as a result of remarks she made in a recent television interview.

Special Judge Larry Medlock ruled Monday that Misty Noel’s comments in an interview last Thursday on WLKY amounted to her “telling the world that she did not ‘knowingly and intentionally’ commit the crime of theft.
