LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The Frankfort Avenue Trolley Hop will return this year in Louisville.
According to a news release, the Trolley Hop began in 2004 as a signature monthly community event celebrating local restaurants, shops and galleries along Frankfort Avenue. But it was last run in 2019 due to budget cuts.
